We build for people and from the frameworks for their future home. Dialogue and management of residents is an important part of our work, and we are used to speaking to residents as equals and explaining to them what we are doing and informing them of the construction process. We therefore hold information/start-up meetings with residents when it is required, where the residents meet our construction management and the tradesmen they see working on the construction site.
 
In Denmark, we have added around 550,000 homes to the social housing stock and each year we build more and help maintain the existing stock. We therefore work with many housing associations in building social housing to ensure this part of the building stock is future-proofed.
