Low-lying/close together homes - Renovation
Invited tenders The 93 homes varying in sizes between 102 m2 and 127 m2, were built in 1973, consisting of clusters buildings and single free-standing buildings.
All single-storey. A comprehensive energy renovation has been executed, mainly new floors, roofs, gable ends, windows, doors and kitchens.
The work was carried out in two stages, so all of the residents were re-housed in groups while the renovation work was underway. It was important that the entire project was carried out with the least possible inconvenience to the residents. A new 178 m2 communal building was also built.
